  • The course can be self paced or directed, and can be tailored to organizational needs.

    There are 4 Tiers.

    1. Self implementation tier that you may take the course content and implement it without support for a lower cost at your own pace. The amount of time it takes to complete would be your own decision.

    2. Implementation Supported Tier that you complete the program in 90 days with Implementation Support.

    3. Organization Licenses: These will not be available this calendar year.

    4. Individualized tool/template purchases.

  • No. The course is set up to be interorganizational friendly at all levels. Executive Directors, Program Managers, Coordinators, and Admin Support can all benefit from this system. There are many tools in this system that are also transferable to many other organizational administrative tasks.

  • There is an option for ongoing support in an ongoing leadership group for a very affordable cost to support implementation, access leadership peer support, and access the entire VOLT with Kar resource library.

  • Only for the implementation supported tiers. I have utilized the system, and supported clients in person 1 to 1. I can personally guarantee time saved and workload decreased for those that receive support from myself or the full investment will be returned. For the self implemented system I cannot guarantee success as I cannot guarantee the level of effort that someone I am not supporting puts in to implement the systems.
